This team of Adelaide property investors were sick of dealing with incompetent property managers. So they decided to address all these issues by starting their own property management company. They needed everything from a
name to a website - and a really new point of difference.
We created Jump Property Management from scratch. Their single minded proposition became ‘Are you sick of managing your property managers?’ and all communications were delivered with a tongue-in-cheek tone.
Jump Property Management was launched in mid-August and within the first week they had four investors signed up. We’re hoping this honest and open new approach will really shake up the industry.
