Project: The Honest Job Translator campaign
In a bid to attract the best talent in the massively competitive software engineering industry, Tyro wanted to appeal to software engineers who have found themselves the victim of recruiters spicing up their job descriptions by promising ‘cool offices’, when the job is actually repetitive, unchallenging work in a city basement.
We've developed the ‘Honest Job Translator’ campaign, which includes an Australian first, bespoke piece of software that translates the lies prevalent in job ads. Accompanying the software is a mockumentary style video explainer which goes undercover to expose the lies recruiters peddle and a series of job ads posted on popular sites which call bull on the usual claims made.
