Graduating with a BA in International Marketing Management from Bournemouth University (UK), Kim has over eight years' experience working in dynamic marketing roles across sport and entertainment sponsorships.
After two years in London, working for a motorsport marketing and PR agency on the Honda F1 and Philips activation accounts, she made the move across the ditch to Sydney.
Six years on, Kim has worked with a number of major brands locally including Mondelez International (formerly Kraft), Telstra, Toyota, Lexus and Coca-Cola, assisting them with their sponsorship investment propositions, as well as developing implementation strategies and marketing initiatives.
Joining Step Change in 2015, Kim brings a passion for managing strategic projects and creating engaging consumer experiences for brands to the team.
Outside of work, Kim can usually be found at the beach or making the most of Australia's great outdoors, challenging herself with treks along Sydney’s beautiful coastline.
