So I attended a session with Step Change with the Founder Institute. It was a super valuable session for me. Mad Mex senior leadership recently took the Step Change "Lock Step" survey as preparation for our annual planning and strategy retreat. We found the results incredibly useful in identifying gaps to potential in our business. Perhaps more importantly, it set the foundation for a robust conversation at our offsite and getting aligned and "in sync" on the top priorities for the annual business planning.
