Do you love what you do? But you’re a little muddy on the why? Spend one hour with Ashton Bishop and suddenly *BOOM* a lifetime of deeply held motivations and beliefs will be articulated in a way that is laser sharp. A session so magical you’ll be dizzy in disbelief. How did he crawl inside my brain and understand me better than I understand myself? Highly recommend. Book in a session yesterday!

So I attended a session with Step Change with the Founder Institute. It was a super valuable session for me. It was very insightful to understand not just the good branding decisions, but also the bad (which they will help you avoid LOL). It certainly made me rethink my branding decisions and take two steps back to make sure I made the right decision for my business from the beginning. THANK YOU!

Ashton and Adeline are great to work with. Their skills, knowledge, experience, and structured approach helped us step by step to establish a clear strategic direction that was inline with our objectives and outcomes. There were no loose ends. Definitely recommend Aston and his team.

Mad Mex senior leadership recently took the Step Change "Lock Step" survey as preparation for our annual planning and strategy retreat. We found the results incredibly useful in identifying gaps to potential in our business. Perhaps more importantly, it set the foundation for a robust conversation at our offsite and getting aligned and "in sync" on the top priorities for the annual business planning. The survey was reasonably quick 10-15 minutes and the reporting and graphs and charts were clear and intuitive. Two thumbs up!
