Rules and regulations around safety and protocol are important for a big company, but getting the message through can be difficult as employees tend to switch off when faced with doctrine.

Overview

AGL was undergoing a massive and exciting change — they’re simplifying the way employees report incidents, hazards, and near misses by launching a new fully integrated online platform, myHSE. With this, we needed a way to get the thousands of AGL employees Australia-wide ready for a big change in how they create these reports online.

Solution

We showed how one missed hazard could trigger a chain reaction of unfortunate events using a selection of fun and interesting characters. The entire video and process was overseen by our hero character; “Sheerluck Holmes” who is there to promote reporting, not just missing hazards by, ahem, sheer luck.
