Vitality Works promotes health at work with a range of wellbeing programs that encourage behavioural change amongst employees. One of their programs consists of providing yearly Workplace Flu Vaccinations.

The Challenge

Vitality Works needed to increase staff participation with an engaging campaign that encourages employees to sign up for a flu shot.

Strategic Insight

We needed to drive behaviour change among employees. This means targeting the common barriers to action instead of driving participation in the program.

Solution

We created the flu immunisation campaign guide and a campaign timeline for six weeks that included the guide and toolkit to be used by InFLUencers.

The toolkit included: implementation guide, videos, posters, EDM’s, intranet posters, infographics, stickers, and inFLUencer merchandise.

USING THE CAMPAIGN, THERE’S BEEN 66% UPTAKE ON VACCINATIONS AND UP TO 40% INCREASE ON PROGRAM PARTICIPATION.
