Adam Searle

Creative Director

Adam is Step Change’s Creative Director, with more than 20 years of experience and the versatility to work across the full range of brands, budgets, and business problems.

Previously an Executive Creative Director at two multinational agencies, Ogilvy and McCann WorldGroup, Adam brings a vast amount of know-how to creative challenges and is equally at home with creative direction on major budget TVCs such as Qantas’ ‘I still call Australia home’ and content creation briefs.

His past experience with major international and national brands includes Motorolla, Kraft, BP, Schwarzkopf, Lion Nathan Breweries, Unilever, Qantas, Telstra, Crown Entertainment, NSW Lotteries, Myer, and Australia Post.

In a previous role, Adam held the role of Regional Creative Director, YUM (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell) Asia Pacific. In 2013, Adam was creative lead (ECD) on the launch of KFC in Mongolia, which was undertaken entirely with digital platforms such as PR and Facebook. This launch was the fastest market to hit US$1M globally to date.
