Antonette supports the Growth team by making sure it stays on strategy to nurture and grow Step Change’s key group of high-value, high-potential clients. She provides all aspects of internal and external executive and admin support to the Client Success and New Business teams.
Passionate and driven, Antonette’s career has revolved around Sales and Customer Service. She has worked for companies like eBay and SunTrust Bank in North America. She also spent some time working for Australian telcos and a marketing and data management solutions company based in Singapore, Myanmar, Australia, and the Philippines.
With five years of experience in B2B to B2C sales and telemarketing, she has worked for different multinational companies ranging from high rollers to start-ups.
With a bit of wanderlust in her, Antonette dreams of travelling and discovering hidden beaches throughout the Philippines, meeting indigenous tribes, experiencing their cultures, and trying out their unique food.
