Kathy is a marketing strategist with over 12 years’ experience developing and managing a diverse range of B2B and B2C awareness, acquisition and retention campaigns.
She has worked with brands of all sizes, from household names such as ANZ, ING, The Cancer Council, Zurich, and Alfred Dunhill (London) to businesses making a big impact in their field but are unknown to the wider world such as Roger Hawke Bookmaker and Diamond Kids Boutique.
As a former business owner herself, Kathy has a keen interest in helping businesses achieve profitable growth and expansion through high-quality, strategy-led marketing campaigns that excite and build trust.
Kathy joins the Step Change family from a Top Four bank where she held numerous senior marketing leadership positions within their Wealth Division. She holds a Bachelor of Communications (PR) with a social psychology sub-major from Western Sydney University.
When she’s not poring over the latest content-led marketing blog or enrolling in another floristry, interior design, or massage therapy short course, you’ll find Kathy spending time with her husband and their young son.
