Strategy Exec.

It was a chance invite to a behavioural economics meet-up group that sparked Katrina’s interest in developing strategies to drive change. What captured her attention was the ability to marry a great creative idea with a scientific underpinning to generate results, leading her to make the switch to Step Change after seeing their ideas, thoughts, and projects in action.

As a Strategy Exec., she brings a diverse background, having previously worked in healthcare advertising, for both pharmaceutical companies and government agencies, as well as in marketing automation for companies such as Optus, Fairfax, and News Limited.

When not reading everything she can on creative theory and change strategy, she’s busy teaching gym classes, talking about Georgian architecture, and trying to convince someone to go to Kazakhstan with her.
