Tusca’s role at Step Change is all about connection, making sure our clients feel heard, supported, and energised from kick-off to delivery. If the client is one cog and the creative team is another, Tusca’s the power that keeps things moving.
Originally from New Zealand, Tusca grew up surrounded by marketing — both at the dinner table and in his studies. After cutting his teeth in sales and trying his hand at a few unconventional gigs (including a short stint getting stung by bees in Byron Bay), he found his way to client success with the rare mix of people skills, curiosity, and cool-headedness that makes him a natural fit.
At Step Change, no two days are the same — and that’s exactly how Tusca likes it. Whether he’s managing timelines, translating creative, or collaborating with clients on everything from campaigns to designs, he brings a thoughtful, grounded energy to the chaos of agency life.
Off the clock, Tusca loves football (Manchester United, of course), a self-declared music geek, and a diehard Brian Cox fan. His idea of a perfect day involves stadium roars, a DJ booth, and a well-earned sandwich. He also believes Herra, the office dog, has the best job in the building — and we think he might be onto something.
Equal parts dependable and unexpected, Tusca’s already bringing fresh energy to the team — and probably plotting how to beat you at FIFA or pool while he’s at it.
