As our Chief Growth Officer, Myles helps businesses translate good strategy into great results.
With undergrad and postgrad degrees from Oxford University, Myles started his career as a strategy consultant in London and New York before joining the UK military in 2000 where he spent the next 8 years deployed around the world as part of the global war on terror.
Since leaving the military and settling in Australia, Myles has held senior strategy roles in listed (CommBank, Deloitte Digital, Salesforce) and unlisted (eftpos, ICM Group) companies where he has helped craft and deliver organic and inorganic growth strategies across a broad range sectors and sizes, from new start-ups and challengers through to Government and ASX-top 50.
As you'd expect from someone with hundreds of special forces missions under his belt, Myles is cool under pressure and deadly focused on achieving target outcomes. He is passionate about helping to build high performing teams, dislikes fluff or lack of integrity, and will always put team above self.
When not at work you'll find Myles riding a horse or out in a forest with his kids, coaching rugby or losing the battle against middle aged spread.
