Originally from the Emerald Isle, Rebekka swapped cold Irish mornings for Sydney sunshine and hasn’t looked back since (though she’ll defend Irish beaches any day). With a marketing degree from Belfast and experience across healthcare and SaaS, she brings both structure and spark to her role at Step Change.
As a Client Success Executive, Rebekka is part translator, part organiser, part energy source — working across clients and creatives to turn big ideas into real outcomes. Known for her sharp organisation and calm clarity, she keeps communication clear, timelines tight, and projects moving forward.
Before agency life, she cut her teeth in SaaS marketing, honed her adaptability backpacking through Southeast Asia, and became her friend group’s unofficial travel PA (Google Sheets, flights, accommodation all sorted). Now, she’s channelling that same rigour into delivering high-impact work, like bringing value propositions and go-to-market strategies to life.
Beyond the briefs and client calls, Rebekka’s chasing sunshine on her bike, hunting down Sydney’s best almond croissant, or catching up with friends over good music and a glass of Sauv B. She’s learning to swim and would happily relocate to the Caribbean if the coffee holds up.
