So I attended a session with Step Change with the Founder Institute. It was a super valuable session for me. It was very insightful to understand not just the good branding decisions, but also the bad (which they will help you avoid LOL). Mad Mex senior leadership recently took the Step Change "Lock Step" survey as preparation for our annual planning and strategy retreat. We found the results incredibly useful in identifying gaps to potential in our business. Perhaps more importantly, it set the foundation for a robust conversation at our offsite and getting aligned and "in sync" on the top priorities for the annual business planning. The survey was reasonably quick 10-15 minutes and the reporting and graphs and charts were clear and intuitive. Two thumbs up!
