We decided to craft a number of segmented value propositions that spoke to that particular vertical’s pain points rather than an overarching product value proposition that spoke to all audiences as a whole. This was backed by a marketing strategy that highlighted top regions, industries, and solutions and a number of high-value marketing tactics to drive acquisition, conversion and retention.

Before working with Step Change, we wanted to improve our engagement with our audience with our product offering.

It’s complex, technical, and only once a prospective customer had seen it did they really get what we were talking about.
