She might not have been able to fulfil her childhood dream of becoming a nurse, but her job at Step Change involves taking care of people — specifically our clients. 

As our client success executive, Yssa plans, oversees, leads, coordinates, and delivers client outcomes with support from her pod of talented designers and the strategy executives. 

With a background in digital marketing and her skills in project management, copywriting, media buying, and social media marketing, she can whip up creative ideas for client campaigns all while listening to her favourite artists, Foster the People, HAIM, and Billie Eilish. 

And when she’s not meeting deadlines and making clients happy, she does DIYs, crocheting, and macrame!
